NaOH/ sodium hydroxide

一種強鹼，微量添加於化妝品中用來調整產品的pH值，在某些清潔用品中可以作為清潔成分，高濃度的氫氧化鈉會造成嚴重的皮膚刺激。

A strong base, added in small amounts in cosmetics to adjust the pH of the product. It can be used as a cleaning ingredient in some cleaning products. High concentrations of sodium hydroxide can cause severe skin irritation.
